I’m sure you get different answers to this question. I’ve red a lot about this topic during the last few months and I tried to get a most comprehensive answer to it. But there were a lot of new questions: Is Web 2.0 more than an empty buzzword? Maybe the revolution, Tapscott and Williams are talking about in their book Wikinomics? And how can I use Web 2.0 or the related technologies for myself or for my company? How does marketing works with Web 2.0?

As far as I could collect data from different events, books, articles, blogs, forums and podcasts I summarized them in the article “What is Web 2.0, or The Good, The Bad and The Ugly” (title of a movie from Sergio Leone, 1966).
